Anybody running 305/70/16 mud terrains with 16x10 rims on there truck

I got a 3 inch lit on my truck and I was wondering if I could run this set on my truck now and if so how much trimming would I have to do? I also got lr ucas so I can move the the tire forward a lil. I just found this deal on Craigslist and I want to jump on it of they fit. Thanks guys.

ok thanks il pass on these and wait for somthing smaller. i guess the only thing that had me goin was that when i used the tire calculator i put a 285/75/16 next to the 305/70/16 the 285 was .2 inchs in diameter larger but the 305 was over .5 inchs wider.
