6 Lugs to 5 Lugs conversion.

Ok so my brother in law has a set of M/T tires amd wheels. He is thinking about selling them and said he would give them to me if he doesnt sell them. The only thing is they are off his jeep that is a 5 lug an of course my taco is a six. He mentioned I could get a set a wheel space type things that are a conversion from 6 to 5 lugs. I was just wondering if anyone else has heard of them or know of anything about something like that. I did some searching but didn't really find anything useful. If anyone can help me out with this that would be great.

I have zero experience with this product... but I'm assuming it's what you're looking for.

I wouldn't do anything like that or recommend it. Keep the tires and sell the wheels on ebay/craigslist/jeep forums and buy new wheels that will fit properly.

Jesus those are expensive! Would make more sense to keep the tires, sell the wheels, and use that money to put wheels that fit.

I have a friend that ran 5 lug to 8 lug adapters on his f150 work truck for 3 years (120,000 miles) and never had an issue

What lug pattern is it??

Any Jeeps I've ever owned had 5 on 4.5" pattern. Tacomas are 6 on 5.5"
Big difference....

Some of the newer Jeeps might be 5 on 5.5"

Either way.....SELL those wheels and take the money and buy a proper set of wheels that'll fit your truck. It'll be done RIGHT.
