    Thinking about a 265 75 16 on the truck I'm currently running 245 75 16.
Any idea on how much power loss I will notice or is that to big?

You shouldn't notice much if any power loss.

Will it make much of a difference in gas mileage ? I'm thinking about putting in after market air filter as well maybe to help a bit with any power loss.
