Well I finally had my new KMC Enduros installed today but I am skeptical about the shop having to shave off some of the caliper. The tire shop said the wheels were going to rub the caliper. So the shop shaved down to where the numbers were stamped on the outside face of the caliper. Kind of hard to see in the picture. Should I leave it, or replace the calipers and get a whole new wheel and tire set up? Or is there a smaller aftermarket caliper?

Thank you, sorry I forgot to mention that the wheels are 16x8 4.5BS with 0 offset. A lot of people are running these wheels with no issues. The only thing I can think of is the Camburg spindles that I am running.

No big deal if all they shaved off was a thin spot. I would keep them. Downsizing the calipers would increase you stopping distance and with a lift and larger tires you don't need that! Looks good BTW.

Yea I was watching them and they shaved off the numbers and maybe a hair more on the passenger side. I've driven my truck around a lot to see how everything worked out and so far so good. It may have helped that they used a sanding disc instead of a grinder.

What size tires are you running and type of lift if any?

I'm running LT265/75/16 Toyo Open Country A/Ts. I also have 4" camburg spindles and bilstein 5100s all the way around. The front is set to zero and running a brand new 4 leaf tsb pack

Thanks. I'm trying to get a feel for if I can run 285/75's on an ome lift with 886 coils with or without he 1/4" spacer. I'd rather not to the spacer but also don't want to have to cut the shit out of the truck.

Nice! Yea I'm going to be getting 285s as well once these tires need to be replaced. I've had no problems with the little shaving that had to be done. Just had to paint the calipers.
