Tread width of BFG All Terrain 285/65r18?

This is one spec BFG doesn't publish on their site for this tire. Can anyone tell me the exact tread width of this tire?

That is the sectional width. Different brand tires may have different tread width. I know the all terrains have narrow thread width than other tires of the same size. That is why some people here can run that size tire in All Terrains and not another brand

Yup, which is why I say your best bet is to search different sites to see if it's stated or assume it will be close to say a BFG AT in 285/70/17 or something. I would assume it won't be drastically different.
