Putting on plastic wheel covers HELP!!

    Hello,

    I am trying to put on some plastic wheel covers but need some help. I popped off the center cover and now it looks like I have to take off the wheel to get the outer ring off. Is this right? Just wanted to make sure before I messed up something. Plus if I do take off the wheel, will the metal cover come off easily?
