I noticed a deep humming sound coming from the area of my passenger side wheel about a week ago. It isn't too noticeable until around 60mph (almost sounds like i'm passing a big rig). I have an 05 4wd Tacoma with 129k miles on it. I'm running BFG TA/KOs. Could this be the wheel bearings or does anyone else have another idea?

I would guess bearings. I have the same side going out at 65k miles.
