non-bling wheels for 2005 super white sr5

Hi all, great forum. I just purchased a 2005 Super white taco SR5 V6 6speed and absolutely love it. other than the steel wheels that is. I need to get new tires so figured this would be the time to get the wheels.

I don't want chrome or anything fancy, I like the look of the black wheels on lots of the trucks on this site, i also like the alloy look. I'm going to stick with 245's in something like a Goodyear silent armour or triple thread. I've also seen good deals on wheel/tire combos on line but wonder if the tires are any good.

Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.

 

good year in my opinion suck ass. my advise is dont go cheap on tires you will regret it in the longrun. my number one pick for street tires would be michelin cross terrain. then off road bf-goodrich all- terrain. good luck in your pick.

p.s. check out your local craigslist or ebay for some good toyota rims.
