Bfg at is always a popular long lasting tire that can handle offroad. I believe u can get it in a 255/70 as well but I may b wrong.

Bfg at ko is tried and true but my last set started loosing traction at 50% tread wear. I like the look of the km2's but toooo agressive for dd????
What about duratracs?

I was just teasing but 235/85/r16 sounds like the size you want and duratracs are great tires all around. They look awesome, they ride well, wear well, quiet (relatively), and hook up great on all types of terrain.

Dont forget to check the weight of the tire. Since its your dd i wouldnt recommend a heavy-ish tire if its gonna kill the mpg..

i have the bfg rugged terrains 265/70, i know there not much of a offroad tire but i have 30k on them already and they have been good to me, i got them for going to deer lease and the rocks havent killed them, little chip in the tread but not bad and they are relitivally quiet.

whichever is cheaper

They're both good tires, had the duratracs on my Tacoma, had the st's on a work truck.

Surprised no one has mentioned the Mich LTX MS2's. I threw a set on my truck ASAP- I do almost all highway driving, with the offroad being dirt roads and such- not really trails. Quiet, excellent traction in rain and (from what I hear) snow, and a huge tread warranty. The only downside is the look- not an aggressive tread at all.

What about duratracs?
I would get an265/75/16 km2
Maybe to some people they maybe to aggressive but I love mine and drive at least 50 miles on day on them and they have held up great and never left my stuck anywhere, great on the road and in rain
I have 20k on mine and still have 15/32 of tread left on the tires
Best 32in tire for daily driver?-imageuploadedbytapatalk1368028441.533361.jpg
And road noise mine are still quiet haven't got annoying, of course there's a typical hum but nothing crazy
I would recommend them to anyone
And the Michelin MS/2s.....such a great tire, I have them I my other set of wheels and are the best tire I have ever had on a vehicle period
