10 4x2 Ext Cab

Any suggestions on replacement tires for P215/70/R15 Firestone Destination LE tires? LE does not appear to be made, replaced by LE2, and the size would be P225/70/R15.

Can I use this size even though some of the measurements put it 4.7% more in width (thought I read to stay no more than 3% changes)?

Never thought replacing tires would be a challenge.
