I noticed all the rubicons still come with the old BFG mud tires. Its been like 3 years since that tire was discontinued.

Advanced orders... and tires can be made to Jeep's specs (custom) for as long as Jeep orders them.

I have had really good luck with those, in a 255-75-17 on a couple trucks. Around here, they were too aggressive for some of the people that bought the Jeeps with them on , and you could buy them as a new take off for 300-400 a set, they were the best deal going.

Too aggressive? Must be a jeep thing?

They are actually not identical to the old style BFG MT, if you look close they are quite a bit different.

You can actually get them from tire rack.com
They are designed for jeep, they have more biting surfaces as the center tread is a different design.
