Probably 265/55/20 depending on wheel specs (backspacing/offset) If the specs are close to stock this size should not rub

Edit: i dont know if this size even exists, it would be about the same as 265/75/16 which is just under 32"

tallest with no lift is like 32” with no rubbing at all, depending on wheels specs. idk what sizes that would be in 20”

3” lift a lot of guys get like a 285. or 33” sorry not much help only really know about 16 and 17” wheel tire sizes.

I say do a small lift. Get bilstein 5100s set to 1.75" up front and thats it, get your truck nice and leveled out. Then slap some 275/55/20s on those big wheels and you will be mall crawling in no time
