New Tire Help - 01 PreRunner

The current tires that I have on my Tacoma have probably been on their last limb for a couple thousand miles, and I am looking for a good replacement set. Nearly everything on my truck is stock save a few visual changes. To sum it up here is what I am looking to get out of them.

265/70R16 or comparable in size
quiet, smooth ride
durability
slightly aggressive look (nothing crazy just something that doesnt look like it could double for a sedan tire)
decent value (preferably under 200 per tire)

The truck is mainly going to be driven on the highway so I dont really need much off road capability out of them.
