2nd Gen Access Cab Jacking points?

Hey Im trying to jack up my left/right side of my taco using a 3 ton floorjack so I can rotate my front tires to the back, are the sides of the frame strong enough that I can jack from here and also where are safe jacking points.

thanks

Not to sound like a dick, but check the owners manual

I remember it saying something about using the shock mount on the rear axle but that didn't work

Anywhere on the frame will be fine.

Under the rear differential will allow you to lift both rear wheels off the ground.

There is a horn on the front crossmember that will allow you to lift both front tires off the ground

I use a 6 x 6 x 12 piece of oak under the front cross member to lift the front and then put jack stands under the frame perimeter. Then, I use a small piece of 2 x 4 x 4 under the rear U-bolt clamp area to lift one side at a time. Depends what kind of floor jack you have though. I have used that same piece of wood under the pumpkin to lift the entire rear at the same time. Always be safe and use jack stands, cheap insurance for you & your truck.
