i think chrome with a black truck (which i have) looks good, but i don't want to take the time to keep them shiny. i'm on the fence with black wheels...i think they look good but everyone and their mother has them. I'll be sticking with my stock wheels for now, replaced the tires with more aggressive-ish tires and it fills my need for now

I personally like the stock rims they are pretty nice but I am coming from an 03 Camry which had hubcaps and honestly black is too common

Under 35 and cannot stand all black. Why spend $$$$ on a wheel that looks exactly like everyone else's.

    51 and prefer chrome.

Black paint and a touch of chrome, can't lose.

    Guess I'm old.

Are you serious? I've heard others say similar things like black wheels etc are "played" out.. There might be a good bit of guys on TW who have black, but driving down the road the overwhelming majority isn't black by a long shot.

My vote is black I'm under 35, for one because 99% of the vehicles on the road don't have them, and they look good IMO.

Chrome looks great...on a motorcycle, or sometimes on a sports car.

Chrome and trucks go together like submarines and screen doors.

I'm 48, and I am the next American President! (ok, only the first part)

Only wheels I would put on my truck are FJ trail team(anthracite or black), or OEM simulated bronze beadlocks. I also like the SCS wheels. Other than that Chrome sucks big time and black is okay. Count me out on street wheels like rockstars and all that sort of junk.

And im 21. Everyday I drive my truck the more and more I like it stock. (Aside from wanting an OME lift and armor)

Over 35 and depends on the vehicle and the wheels. I do like chrome but you need to maintain them. Some black wheels I do like just don't like seeing wheels sprayed with spray cans.
