Does anyone have Ultra 164's on their 2nd gen?

Im eyeballing a set on craigslist but cant find anything on 2nd gens when I search. I see a lot of 1st gens or for sale ads.

The ones im looking at are 17x9/ 4.5bs/ -12mm offset/ 108mm bore / 6 x 5.5 in flat black

any help is always appreciated
