Has anyone down-sized their 2nd gen Taco wheels from 17" to 15"? I'm wanting to do that to my 2007 D/C L/B 4wd Sport. Simply to give the appearance of a larger tire and 15" tires seem to be cheaper than off-road 17" tires. Any thoughts

15 inch rims wont clear your brake calipers. 16 is the smallest you can go

I know how, I saw this Tundra at a show in HI. He used giant wheel spacers to push the wheel out far enough to clear the brakes. I dont understand this style but hey what ever floats your boat.

Gaunt596, Thanx for that insight. Clearing the brake caliper issue never occured to me. I really wanted a legitimate reason to buy some new rims:).
