My first MODIFICATIONS, need help

Whats up everyone? So, I need a little help. I have a 2012 Tacoma Sport 2wd v6 Double Cab long bed. I am planing on buying some Tires&Rims. They are 18" XD Rockstar Wheels, with 35x12.50x18 TOYO Open Country MT Tires. I am new to mods and just want to make sure these tires and rims will even work on my truck and stay within the warranty. I plan on doing a 3inch suspension lift. Will that be high enough for theses tires? Also, which suspension lift do all yall recommend? With a reasonable price. Thanks for help!

Also, anyone looking to sell their, side rails, im looking for something like the smittybuilt nerf steps. Let me know

 

Welcome to the board!
There are people who have 3" suspension lift and 35s. It will involve pretty extensive cutting of the body though.
I thought there was a thread about 3"/35s, but I cant seem to find it. Some guys I can think of off the top of my head that are/were running that set up are la0d0g and maxamillion. Check out there build threads for what all it entails.

 

Cool thanx for the help. I think I am just going to go with 32's top. And do the Bilstein 5100 Series Shocks, for the lift.

lol naw i think ill just go down to 32s. Whats a good setting for the bilstein suspension for 32inc tires?

 

With a 1.5 AAL in the rear set the front at 2.25

At least that's how I did it.

 

Did you use your stock spring with the billies?
