2013 tacoma reg cab

i have a 2013 reg cab 2wd tacoma and looking at getting these wheels but want to make sure they fit first. 19"x8.5" +30 front, 19"x10.5" +35 rear STR 607 wheels. i want the lip of the wheel to be flush with the fenders. any input would be appreciated.
