Hello everyone. New here and I'm looking for new AT tires. Any recommendations? And I don't want to spend too much. Thanks

Hankook Dynapro ATM: Inexpensive, quiet on highway, excellent in sand, mud, snow... perhaps not as many miles as rated... I had mine for 31,000 miles (they were the P Rated 265/75-16).

Tires are the last thing you want to try to save money on, it never pays off IMO.

My vote is for BF Goodrich All Terrain, my buddy just replaced his and got 60,000 miles out of them. Not to mention that they perform excellent off road.

    ^THIS.

Remember this is your life we are talking about. Why take a chance on a cheap tire that could have balancing issues, quality issues, possible tread wear separation at a high speed, or poor tread wear?

Spend the extra money and get a quality brand tire.

Icon MT suspension, Pelfreybuilt front bumper, Relentless skids, Avid sliders, Avid custom rack. Pelfreybilt HC Rear bumper.
Also be very cautious about buying used tires. I recently got stung on a set of BFG Mud Terrains that were aparently very old and had big chunks come our of the side near the bead when dismounting them from the (wrong bolt pattern) wheels they were on. The tread was at least 75% but the tires were dry rotted and no good. I had one tire out of five that I will keep for a spare, the rest had to be scrapped. $600 for one used tire was NOT a good deal! Now I need to save up for a set of NEW tires (when I could have been most of the way there).

I don't know if you have to spend top dollar, but get something you will be happy with for a few years AND has some kind of warranty if you have problems in a year or so is my advice.

All Terrains are fine for most everything and have good stree manners. Another premium AT is the Toyo AT2, they will last a LONG time too.
