Goodyear Wrangler MT/r

Will 265/75/16 Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's fit on a stock 2006 Tacoma Pre-Runner Double Cab without any rubbing?

265/75/16 MTR'S will fit a stock taco, I have them on my rig and love them so far.

Mine rub a little while backing up at full lock but I thinks that has to do with the 4.25 BS on my rims
