tire rotation.......include spare?

Have new Tacoma....Toyota gives 2 years maint. including tire rotation.
Anyone include the spare in the rotation? Can't see wearing out a set of tires and having an unused spare. I have the alloy 16" wheels the spare is steel would look funny, or could buy cheapo hub cap at Walmart.....What do you newer owners do?

I dont... but I can't. I am running 255/70 16's while my spare is 245/ 75 16. Close in size but major width difference and a lil bit on the height. It just hangs around under my truck

I do not use the spare in the rotation but recently got a flat so had to lower & use it.

The tire was filthy & greasy now will make sure to clean that more often!
