I've just ordered a set of BFG A/T KO, 265/70/17, (6-plies) for my Tacoma earlier today. I would appreciate if you can share your experiences with these tires on snow/ice. Thanks.

Load E and up are NOT snow rated. Load D and down are snow rated and have the snowflake symbol on them.

Great tires, had mine in snow, not too much ice. I was happy, but 4wd helps too :)

They are mounted. I must say the 265/70r17 BFG A/T ko feel much heavier than the stocker Dunnies, 265/65r17. They look great on the Tacoma w/o a lift. They come with 6 plies, snow rated and load C. I can't wait to play on the snow.

I just got some today (used, less than 1k miles for $500), so far i like them (265/75/16 load range E)
And dad had them on his 05 f-250 and we got ~70k highway miles out of them and we weren't easy on them.

Pics or it didn't happen! I'm getting ready to order a set the exact same size, I would love to see what they look like on your truck.

I got a set on my work truck (2008 Chevrolet 1500 4x4). They do well in the dry snow. The deep wet snow they do fine... as long as you don't run out of ground clearance. When the snow starts melting and gets slushy and muddy, they do very well. On snow packed roads I slow down more than I need but I haven't spun out yet. They do wear good, however if you spin them on road/rock they will chunk.
