black rims?

    ^...if you off road or plan on off roading in the future then there is a very high chance they will chip, no matter what what finish you choose to go with..

    every weekend i get rock rash on my rims from the trails..when im done washing the truck after the weekend is over..i touch em up with the same paint and they look good again.. cant do that with powder coat..

    33 in. tires, 17 in. pro comp chrome rims, custom subwofer box, two 12 in. audiopipe subs and 1500 watt amp, scissor doors, custom made roll bar and 4 KC lights, underglow neons and inside, fiberfox fenders, and dual exhaust with glass packs.
    I dont like them. Chrome would look better

    As you can see I didn't paint the whole wheel, but I like the change it made. I do have a silver 06, but no photos of the truck and wheels, yet. I say go for it!!!!!

    a buddy of mine spray painted his black and i dont know what the hell he used the first time but it chipped like crazy and looked like shit, but then powder coated them and they look so much better and have not chipped yet or scratched and i think its been about 4 or 5 months.

    also i dont know who started this thread but only paint the rims if its a 6 lug and DO NOT if its a 5 lug it looked retarted on the 5 lug haha.

    These wheels are so sick. I might just have to go do some impulse buying this evening....... and i normally really like stock wheels, and am not a huge fan of black... these are just the right ones to blow my skirt up
