I came from an Infiniti G37, which I had lowered on KW V3 coilovers and lighter 18 pound aluminum Enkei wheels.

Here is my question... I know unsprung weight loss makes a huge difference for sports cars, I would assume it would be the same for trucks... but is it safe to get lighter wheels if you'll be off roading?

If so, where does one find lighter wheels for our trucks? Looked at tire rack, but anything they have is butt ugly, IMO and to be honest, I have no clue what the stock wheels on my truck weigh. I just know I like going lighter.

I read some place oem 17" sport wheels weigh in around 27 lbs. Go for some mickey thompson classic offerings. They're solid truck wheels priced well that dont weigh a lot, somewhere in the 25lb range.
