I've read the stickies. I've done a search. I've done a lot of reading and can't seem to find my answer anywhere. I've also looked at a lot of wheel sites.

I'd like to stay with the stock size, 17 x 7.5, but I also want the truck to sit the same... so the backspacing and offset have to be close, too. (5.5" and +30mm)

Does anyone make a black wheel that is lighter than 27 lbs that would fit that description? I'm driving myself nuts trying to find a black wheel, that has a nice look, that will fit. I like the look of the SCS wheels, and the Konig countersteers, but I don't believe they make one in that size that will fit right (i.e. - without sticking out)

    Any help would be appreciated.

I guess this really IS a difficult question. The good news is, after all the reading I have done here, by the time I find the wheels I'll know what tires I want to put on them!

Short answer, No. However, you can have your wheels, or another that you like, powder coated Black.

Thanks Chris. Not crazy about the look on mine and I wanted to go lighter.

Guess I'll have to keep looking, or let them stick out juuuust a little.

Only lighter ones out, are the Konigs. Most all the others are heavier.

I had KMC xd addicts. 17x8 4.5 backspace, +18 offset with 265 70 17s on stock sport suspension. Tires did not rub or stick out.

It still was out 1" over stock, which is what he doesn't want.

Thanks. They have some nice looking wheels. They do not list the weight, though. I know I do not want to go heavier.

An inch I could deal with. Just don't want them outside the stock fenders.

I'll off-road with it, but I ain't jumping stuff or crawling over rocks.

then look for a wheel as mentioned, with 4.5" backspacing. 5" back space fits really nice on the Tacoma.
