    Just a quick question for anyone who who has a real understanding of how the drivetrain operates. This evening I hit a patch of ice while accelerating and before I could let-up on the throttle .....I caught traction. Can this cause damage? Nothing appears to be wrong - no noises and any other symptons.

    Just a question.
