I just bought a 2003 SR5 V4 and would like it to sit up higher like a prerunner. Is it as simple as tires??

Ya tires help. I want a little more lift as well... I'm thinking front bilstein 5100's or toytec 1/2" strut spacer

is it a 5lug? if so, sell it and buy a prerunner. theres basically no lifts for a 5 lug outside of Fat Bob's spacers or full Long Travel.
