These TRD fj cruiser rims have really been growing on me. Found some locally on Craigslist. It's 5 rims with bfgoodrich all terrain tires. Tires are like new. Seller is asking 1200. What do you guys think? Also if I were to get these can I just slap these on and nothing else needed?

Not sure if it will work, however I'm sure there are much smarter people than I on here. If you are driving a Sport, the rims for that are 17" and the FJ rims are 16". No clue if that makes a difference.

I've always been a fan of the FJ rims.

There's no info on the tires themselves. What size are they and what load range are the tires?

Also if they're original, are they stamped with the Toyota logo?

Seems like a good deal. Just make sure you check the DOT date stamp to make sure you're not buying old ass tires.

Is the date on the tires? If so how old is too old?

I would definitely go for it and since he has obo, I bet he is looking for $1000. Those are great tires and that is about 1" bigger than a stock tire size so that will look great. Typically the BFGs come in load range E, but I think you can buy the load range C ones so just watch out for that and make sure they are holding air. Other than that, it should be plug and play!

Its fine. So on the side of most tires, It says a load range. The tires that are on the FJ wheels, BF Goodrich ATs are usually load range E, but they do sell some with load range C that are cheaper because it holds less weight. I am currently running load range C tires and it will be more than enough range to hold any weight I could desire to carry. The load range E tires are good though because it gives you that much more confidence with towing or off roading because that is a sturdier tire with stonger sidewalls. The load ranges vary from A-G I think, with G being the highest load rating. The only reason I brought that up is because the load range C tires are less expensive and you could hold that against him if those tires are load range C and ask for a low price. I would recommend looking online at tire quotes to get an idea of how much he probably paid for them. Hope this helps.

I don't know, I would look at them in person. Those tires do not look "Like new" to me. Check the date code for sure.

The center cap looks scratched in that crappy pic.
