Lifting you 09 Tacoma

Hello everyone. I had a few questions for all you people that may know a little bi more than I do ha. I have the 09 quad cab 4x4 off Road Taco. I have 285/70r17 Nitto Terra Grappler tires and I want to fit them on my tacoma with the best price possible. I had them on my 06 Tacoma with a tough contry leveling lift with an add a leaf in the rear with my original suspension. After a little accident and the purchase of new Bilstein suspension The tires didn't fit as well with out some serious trimming. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Also what does the lift do to warranty (stupid question???)
