I am still very new to the site but I've seen people talk about putting 285/75/16 tires on with just the level kit with no issue of rubbing. A buddy of mine said he tried to put some Wild Country XTX tires 285/75/16 with a level kit and had a rubbing issue. He said he even tried spacers for the lug nuts but there was still rubbing?

Have you guys had this issue? Whats are the work arounds for it? Is the only thing I can do is to just add a lift kit?

    Thanks http://i.twstatic.net/forum/images/icons/icon10.gif

I do not see how it is possible to run 285/75R16s with just a level kit. Every truck is different, but with a 3" lift in the front I am still extremely close to rubbing at full lock even with wheel spacers w/that tire size.
