TPMS brand/choices + lug nuts for TRD Wheels?

Replacing my 2014 steel wheels with 2014 TRD take-offs. This will be my only set - I'm going to sell the original wheels/tires. I know I'll need new 20 degree TPMS (looks like 42607-06011 are a PN that works) for the alloys & I see quite a range for prices from this aftermarket brand…

http://www.oewheelsllc.com/TPMS-Sens...r#.U3z6DS_O5Dd

…to about $70.00 for OEM (down to $50.00 as discounted by some on-line Toyota dealers) and so on with other choices, ebay, etc....

I'm wondering what advantage to OEM vs aftermarket?

…also, the TRD lugut +lockset by Toyota is about $150.00 - anyway to do better than that?

Thanks...

I will be doing the same thing before long. I got the wheels and lugnuts, just no the sensors. What did you end up doing? What part number for the sensors and such.

when i got my wheels they came with the lugs and i had to pay $400 at the dealer to get new alloy tpms which sucks big time. the truck was brand new though so i didn't want a blinking light on the dash on a brand new truck all the time.

i still have the steel wheels with steel tpms on them in my garage.

I ended up getting new tpms by VDO off of Amazon for about $32.00 each. VDO has a new system where two part numbers fit most cars. Their tech support is great when we had a little stumble when installing them - they favor on particular type or device to initialize them. We borrowed on from a tire shop across the street.
