Arb bumper, bilstein 5100 all around, inno roof rack

I just installed bilstein 5100s all the way around my 09 dc. Set the front at 1.75 and took out the blocks that were there. I am running 255/75/17 right now. I was wondering if I could run a bigger tire like 255/80/17 or something else. Your insight would be much appreciated. If you have pics that would be great too. Thanks
