Hankook Dynapeo ATm's ver Michelin

Hey guys I am thinking of going to the Hankook Dynapro ATm tires. How do they compare to the Michelin LTX m/s 2? I am running the Michelin's now. I want to compare apples to apples. What is your personal experience with running the Dynapro ? I am looking for any vibration or balance issues and any other problem you may of had . I really like the aggressive look of the Dynapro's. But I also know that Michelin is top of the line. Thank you in advance for your in put !!

I've had the Dynapros for over a year and they are awesome. They're wearing great. Taken them off road twice and never lost traction. Even though mine are 20's, they still ride well.

I love my Dynapros. Great wear so far (25k miles, probably 40k left), and my rain/ice/snow traction is way improved from the Goodyears I came from. No balancing issues, no vibrations, and they are quiet. I highly recommend them.

I'm running P265/75R16

Pros:
- Long tread life - I can see getting 70K or more out of the set I have (currently have 28K and look nearly new; will probably get sick of looking at them before they wear out).
- Excellent traction on most surfaces -but struggles a bit on wet snow and black ice.
- Good looking tire
- Reasonably priced

Cons:
- Gravel sticks in the tread - they're real 'gravel hogs'; my home is a 1/4 mile off pavement and there's always gobs of rocks in my tread

I like my Dynapro ATm

I love my P rated 265/65/r17 Hankook's though I'll be going bigger once these tires wear out. We use a lot of them on our work trucks too without a single issue. They handle great and wear well even when used on gravel roads. I'd put them ahead of Toyo Open Country or Yokohama Geolanders for all road conditions and wear conditions. Both of those tires get destroyed by gravel at least 5-10 k faster then the Dynapro's.

If you don't want a mud tire because of there drawbacks on pavement you're choosing the right tire. It has a great AT tread with the wear to boot!

Hankook Dynapro ATM 265/75-16 (P)

Traction and Quietness was perfect on:

Street...

Sand...

Mud...

Snow...

I think they were my favorite tread performance all terrain tire, and I have run: BFG Rugged Trail TA, Pep Boys (Definity by Cooper) Dakota AT, Toyo Open Country AT, Cooper Discoverer ATR, and Cooper Discoverer STT.

However, I only got 31,000 miles out of them before flats became annoying. I suggest trying the LT version for more mileage, perhaps?

Cold!

It was fresh, and you can see my tires didn't sink through to the mud below (or dirt below), so I guess that is 'dry' for the day?

Yeah , my ATm's are good in dry snow , but the tread blocks tend to pack and not clear themselves in wet stuff

I think that's a common issue with all A/T tires. Until you go up the the massive lugs of M/T or commercial tires they just don't clean out well.
