So I bought a 2.5" Daystar lift kit for my 2003 double cab prerunner and want to run 285/75r16s on pro comp 7069 wheels. I need to know what will need to be cut or hammered and if spacers would be necessary.

If anything, you'll need to flatten the pinch welds especially if you plan to offroad the truck. Do a search on pinch weld for the 1st gen Tacoma and you'll see what I'm referring too. Other than that, you should be golden.
