how is my alignment?

Running 5100s set at. 85 with eibach coils and 1/2"+ 1/4" spacers

 

caster looks great, camber and toe, based on the general consensus here @TW, should be set to 0*...

 

Ya i did that last time too. But most people around here gave the reason of the roads to set it a bit off and at 0 it made my tires wear a little off over time so I'm trying the factory spec this time (or whatever he suggested)

 

All the specs are good to me. I like to see a small amount of positive camber (around .5) to help with road crown and road wander. The slight positive toe is so minimal that you wouldn't see any tire wear, and again, I like positive toe by a tiny amount like you see there because again, it helps with "wander" due to road conditions and road crown.

Now personally, if I were to do that alignment in an area with little or no road crown I would have had a slightly higher caster on the left than the right. Vehicles pull towards high camber, and low caster. So TECHNICALLY if you were on a perfectly flat road (which doesn't exist anywhere) your truck, if you let go of the steering wheel, would slowly creep left, into the opposing traffic lanes. I like to have them set to a slight right direction. Why? If you fall asleep at the wheel, or are not paying attention, the truck will tend to head to the right, AWAY from oncoming traffic.

That being said, your difference in caster is so minimal that you would not have any trouble at all with a good, straight traveling truck with those numbers.
