    If you remove the flaps, and you have All Terrain KO's, you will chew up your rocker panels for sure. BFG, AT's are rock catchers, and throwers.

    I've ran 265/75/16 (E load GY DuraTrac) since the first week with the truck. Never any issues from dealer and had no rubbing even before the lift. I have no intention of removing flaps to protect the paint. Your rim can effect this with backspacing and offset. There are tons of threads in tires/wheels to address most questions.
