    spray PB Blaster Penetrating Catalyst on it and let it sit for a few minutes, then try to kick it or hammer it. i had this same problem on my 05 DC and this was the only thing that worked. we tried it all too. even wd-40 couldnt get the job done, but PB Blaster works!!

    I had the same fucking problem last time I tried to rotate the tires, key word was try. I said forget it, I kicked it until my leg hurt.

    yea theres blocks on all four tires since i put the truck in neutral. does the center cap jus come off or does the wheel have to come off first before i take the center cap off?

    stock, for now
    i just smack the rim with a hammer, spin the wheel,smack again..usally the wheels come right off. Just make sure you hit it dead on, not on an angle..thats how you take chunks out..and make sure you do it on the inside

    You didn't accidentally weld the wheel to the hub with silly 18Y/o stunt driving did ya?
    My brother did this once with his E-Brake smooth moves...
