what size lift do you have? Do you have any tire rubbing? Im looking into getting 275/70/17 BFG KO2 with a 2.5" lift

For what it's worth, I have a 2014 DCSB Sport w/ 2" of lift and Stealth 6's wrapped in 275/70/17 KO2's. I rubbed very slightly and had to do very minor trimming.

Do you have pictures. I'm putting same wheels on my sport in the spring and that is the tire size I plan on running.

    No CMC?

I'm at exactly 2" myself, and looking to upgrade to this tire size soon. Right now I'm primarily looking at the Falken Wildpeaks, which in this size measure in at 32.6" diameter... which is quite a bit taller than other tires of this size.

    Nice kicks OP!

The 6ply rating is appealing as well. Look forward to hearing how you like them should you go this route. Be sure to make a thread.

I was just going to update the Wildpeak thread - which gets almost zero attention on this site. But I will absolutely do so. They're a hard tire to get opinions and reviews on - and most reviews out there come off as more of a paid advertisement than anything. But, on paper, they're very close to what I want (C's, tall, AT with decent road manners), so I'm thinking about giving them a shot. I'm going to buy them locally in case I have any issues.

Pardon crap cell phone photos. Left: shows where plastic was trimmed back. Right: 275/70/17 KO2 on Stealth 6

I'm about to buy a new set of shoes and after doing a lot of reading I think I'm going with the KO2's myself in the same size. I think they will work well for my driving conditions. Not to mention there a good looking AT tire.

I went into my local tire shop to talk about the Falken's. They're really nice guys - easy to work with. And he almost immediately pushed me towards the KO2's lol. Mainly because at 275/70R17 they were the same price as the Falkens, and considering that it was a no-brainer for him. He said the Falkens are almost always a cheaper alternative. My issue is, I'm already at 32" with my Hankooks, and if I spend another $1000 I want to get some height out of it. And these KO2's are basically the same diameter as what I have. I do like everything I hear about the KO2's though. Especially snow performance.

You guys running these, you feel like the ride is too harsh with the triple sidewalls and E's?

If you can wait a few days until the launch of the FALKEN WILDPEAK A/T3W, and you want a little height, the P285/70R17 would be a great option. 32.8" OD. Also available in LT but you mentioned ride quality so the P-metric option would definitely be the way to go. The BFG KO2 is a great tire no doubt, but no non-LT options...

Do you have a pic of the whole truck? want to see how proportional they look with your lift. Going up in tire size to those just want to see how it fills the fender wells.

I like the height, but I don't want the width of a 285. I'd rather not even have the width of a 275. My main reason for considering the Wildpeak A/T2 is that it is so abnormally tall for a 275/70R17.

I'd be interested in looking at Wildpeak A/T3 spcs when they're released though. You guys should consider making a C-rated 255/80R17!

I'm running BFG KO2 275/70/17 set at 55 psi at all 4 corners and I do not find the ride harsh at all. I do mostly highway driving with an 80 mile round trip commute to work everyday.
