07 trd sport ac

leveling kit grillcraft grill fiberglassed subs in rear doors apline tv 17" procomp wheels ect

so i currently have procomp 7005 wheels on my 2007 trd sport ac
they are 17x8, 6 on 5.5 Bolt Pattern......i want to shed some rotory mass so i was considerering the new

2007-2014-TOYOTA-FJ-CRUISER-NEW-FACTORY-TRD-17-ALLOY-6-SPOKE-MATTE-BLACK-WHEEL which are 17 x 7 with a 4mm offset
my question is.......what are the dif in offset/width with what i have now?

i am currently running 285/70/17 with a 2.25 level kit in front

i am also consered 285's on a 7" wheel is too wide of a tire?
