I'm getting some new Pro Comp 7089 wheels and will wrap some BFG KO tires around them. Pro Comp is NOT hub centric and they have a slightly larger bore of 108 compared to the 106 on my Tacoma. So I will need to get some hub rings to go from 108 to 106....correct? Also, can you guys give me some suggestions or opinions on some good brand name hub rings....only ones I ever heard of are Gorilla? Also, plastic, aluminum? I want the best and want them to last so I don't mind spending a little extra if I know I'm getting a good brand. Thanks!

I have pro comp wheels. I didn't have to use hub centric rings. I believe they're lug centric. You can align your wheels by buying spline drive lugs like so

I was ordering them from Discount and the guy actually told me the lugs would be spline lugs with acorn shape bottom that would center itself, but he said just to be 100% satisfied and have no doubt of vibration then I should get 108 to 106 hub rings.

Do you have hub rings, or no rings and just spline lugs? Do your wheels ever vibrate?

If I do decide to get the rings just for peace of mind....is Gorilla a good brand?

Hub centric rings are dirt cheap and most are made of plastic so the brand doesn't really matter much IMO. Pair it up with some ET lugs and it should help out with any vibration issues.

I have 7089's with only ET spline lugs.

balancing is a bitch, but maybe its the duracraps
