Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, could not find a forum dedicated to brakes anywhere...
Anyways, I was redoing my axle bearings and seals and I guess during the pressing, the stud (that is used to bolt the bearing housing to the axle housing, NOT a wheel stud), the one that the parking brake linkage is pinned to came out and got put into the wrong spot... The stud should be in the lower left hole (this is the passenger side) but ended up in the upper left hole... Is there anyway this stud can be removed and re installed without pressing the assembly apart again? Cause I had one hell of a time (not to mention cut off numerous parts with a torch) getting the job done... Surely toyota has made a way? Thanks in advance.
