Got a 2010 Tacoma and looking to buy a second set of wheels to replace the steelies. Found some 2014 sport alloys locally...is there anything I need to be aware of when buying wheels from newer or older Tacos? Other than 1st gen vs 2nd gen of course. Is a 2nd gen wheel good to go on any 2nd gen vehicle?

Assuming yours is a 4wd DCLB, they'll fit like a glove. Only difference are the tpms sensors since they're shaped different for aluminum wheels. I think there's a way to make them work, just need to search

Yep DCLB...I've seen a lot of threads about the TPMS issue, doing the PVC pipe bomb or re-programming the sensors for example. Not sure which route I'm going with yet, but just wanted to make sure the wheels themselves would fit okay.
