    i got a question about some rims and tires with my new rough country lift can any body guide me through this please

    what are you looking for? offroad use or just looks?
    Get a wheel that has a 4.5 or 4" backspacing, and I think you can only run a 265/75 with out rubbing on a 2.5" lift. You can try a 285/75, but you will have to trim some plastic.

    what is the stock off set on the yota rims and what does a greater off set do. like does it push the tire out away from the hard wear of the truck and stick the tire outside the truck

    Yeah, a less offset/BS will do that. I believe the stock wheels are a 5.5" backspacing, not sure though... I was rubing the frame at full turn and my UCA with my 285/75's and stock wheels.
