I just purchased a set of KMC Monster xd778's. After driving my truck one time down the highway, 3 of the plastic center caps broke off. When I got home, the two screws were left in place since I used loctite but you could see the plastic was broken around the screws. Has anyone else had this issue? I don't think I over-tightened them but maybe I did since they are just plastic. How tight did you go on your wheel center caps to ensure they wouldn't fall off? I bought them off tirerack.com and they are checking on getting me replacements but I don't want it to happen again. Thanks.
