Bilstein 5100s at .85, 265/75r16 BFG ATKO2, Mickey Thompson Baja Locks 3 5/8th backspacing.

I picked up a set of these wheels via craigslist. Can I run the stock 265/70r16 on them until I have the money to get a lift and 285s? Does anyone have any pictures of how this looks?
