Removing Paint from rims

Can anyone explain how to remove black spray paint from a factory rim to make it look factory polished?

This shit is angry...DO NOT GET IT ON YOUR TIRES!!!!! Spray heavily and let it sit until you see the paint bubbling...Get it at Home Depot in the paint dept....5 or 6 bucks a can :-)

After it starts to bubble use a plastic scraper to scrape it off so you don't F*CK up you wheels...then just rinse it and clean and polish like normal! :-) Hope this helps
