    So if I have a stock sr5, currently rolling on dunflop 245/65/16, and stock shocks, and I pick up some wrangler duratrac's 265/75/16 , will they fit ok, planning on getting some billy 5100's a little later when I have the funds but wanted to make a tire upgrade first on my new 2010.
    PLEASE HELP

    You will have no problems running these w/o a lift. Several on here are doing so or have done in preparation of lifting. Either way, with or without lift, you will be fine with 265/75/16s and specifically the GY Wrangler Duratracs. Make sure to post some pics when you do and good luck finding them in stock. I just put a set on my FJ and love them. May do the same with my Taco when the funds are right.

    Try your local Discount Tire if you have one near you. One of the guys here in WA found me a set late last week in a warehouse in Ohio. I got the 265/70R17's in the C load rating. I just got them put on last night.:D

    No pics yet, too busy packing to leave for vacation tonight. I will try to snap one later if I get a chance.

    I think they have 32psi in them, that what the guys at the shop said they had to put in to keep the TPMS sensors happy. When I get back from vacation I'll do the chalk test to find out what PSI they really need to be.

    Sorry to have bailed on this thread guys,forgot to check in here.......All Q's seem to have been answered and I have had a chance to try them in significant snow.The other night I drove to work in a storm and intentionally left the truck in 2wd.No problems at all and impossible in my former Michelin LTX's (great tires,less great in snow).Naturally the DT's are a little noisier on the highway but nothing serious.

    Still love 'em,no regrets whatsoever.Looking forward to filing a wear report.

    I have these badboys on my truck in a 285/70/17. I did notice a drop in mpg with the new, bigger tires. But I don't really care, I didn't buy a truck and lift it for the amazing mpg.

    I've had them on for about 3000 miles and they seem to be wearing very good. They handle great in wet conditions - much better then the Nitto Terra Grapplers I had before. All around these are awesome tires and I would buy them again without any hesitation. If you are on the fence about buying these - buy them!!! You will not regret the purchase.
