    it means the only way you can get them, is if you have a TRD Edition FJ thats been involved in an accident and the rims have been damaged.
    The cost of them is $TBA

    i'd imagine, or find someone selling them privately. i've seen a few sets sell through this site... they're pretty much impossible to get otherwise heh at least where i'm from
