3in lift and 18" rims "HOW BIG"

I have an 08 double cab and am installing a 3 inch lift. I also have 18 inch rims with 16mm offset. Im in a real bind. I need to know the biggest size tire i can get without rubbing. was thinking about the cooper discover 275/65r18. any suggestions

I have 276-65-18's my wheel has 4.5" back spacing and a 0 offset. and at full lock they still hit the frame. I dont know about the 2nd gen trucks though.
